Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Final sale items, intimate goods, and perishable products are non‑returnable (check the product page for details).
How to Return

Contact us at brianhalla22@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Pack the items securely and ship them back (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos – we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
